Hi, I’m Olivia, a story artist, illustrator, cartoonist, editor, animator, writer, and professional silly goose!

I’m currently a children’s book writer/illustrator and formerly a Story Artist at Pixar Animation Studios. I co-created the animated short film Lobstah Love. Recently, I had the amazing opportunity to host X in the Box, specializing in story structure.

One of the best parts of my illustration job is getting to collaborate with scientists, musicians, educators, and all manner of people to bring their stories to life. Past book collaborations include Right Whale, Wrong Letter with Sound Explorations and A Concert at the Zoo with the New Bedford Symphony Orchestra.

I also love working with children, whether it’s as a swim instructor, camp counselor, teacher, or creating children’s content. Teaching a child something new is an incredible feeling, but teaching them to be confident in themselves is priceless.

When I’m not drawing or writing, you can find me on a hike or run with my dog, learning to dance, playing piano, chuckling at my favorite cartoonists’s work, and probably cooking banana bread.
